I was a bit sceptical about trying this for the first time as I had never used an automated curling wand before. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to use. I managed to curl my hair fairly quickly. The wand itself feels sleek. the heated barrel is enclosed so didnt need to worry about accidentally burning my ear or fingers. The audible beep is great as it saves you having to wing it with timings. Overall I am pleased with the hair curler

I recently received this Revamp Hollywood Curl Auto Curler complimentary from Influenster and Revamp UK for testing and reviewing purposes. To be honest, I was initially a bit sceptical, but I'm pleasantly surprised with the results I was able to achieve! First of all, this Auto Curler feels high quality and well-built, the soft plastic body feels great to the touch and controls are user-friendly and intuitive (after properly reading the instructions, of course ??). I won't go into detail about the usage instructions here, as there's a nice booklet included or you can find them online in the product description. Instead, I'll share my personal experience with using the tool. Having long hair with a thick back and a thinner, frizzy top layer makes styling quite challenging for me. However, Revamp Progloss technology helps me to achieve lovely waves and bouncy curls while keeping my hair smooth and shiny. Well, with this Auto Curler practice is everything! During my first few attempts, I struggled to achieve the desired results. However, I soon realized that the key to achieving even curls/ waves lies in the amount of hair I place inside the curler and the heating time. For the sections of the thicker hair, I hold them a bit longer to ensure they are evenly heated. Additionally, starting from the mid-length of my hair gives me the best-looking curl/wave in the end. Overall, I do recommend the Hollywood Curl Auto Curler to those looking for a handy styling solution, yet some practice is necessary. One of standout features of this curler is versatility, as it allows you to create various styles.

I was so excited to try the curler, but sadly it fell short of what it promised. With my extensions in, it did not make curls, merely very loose waves. Without my extensions, i had to do each lot for twice the recommended amount of time to make the above style. This was always at the maximum heat. For me, it’s a sleek design but not powerful enough for me and my needs.

I'm really awful with any hair appliance apart from a hairdryer so I was a bit anxious about trying this - especially as my sister has used a similar appliance to this one and said it burnt her hair. But this was really easy to use, did not burn or damage my hair in any way lol and I love using it even for when I'm just sitting at home and not even planning to go out. It honestly makes me feel quite fancy having curly, bouncy hair. I love this hair appliance so much!
